We accept the insurances shown below. For insurances we are not in network with, we can provide a superbill or receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please verify your out-of-network benefits with your insurance company. We cannot guarantee if you will be reimbursed or how much you will be reimbursed. Be aware that the insurance company will require a diagnosis on the receipt.
We ask that you call us to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your visit.
We charge the full session fee for a no-show or late cancellation.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), debit card, health savings account (HSA), and flex spending accounts (FSA). Payment is due at the time of service.
